The DfES has introduced a programme to provide schools in England with money to spend on digital learning products. These funds are referred to as eLearning Credits (eLCs) and can be used to purchase any products which have been certified in accordance with the Curriculum Online guidelines. £50 million of eLCs are being distributed to English schools for 2007-08. This is the final ring-fenced funding allocation for schools to spend
specifically on educational software. If you have any queries regarding Curriculum Online or eLearning Credits then email jan.richards@3esmultimedia.com. Alternatively, there is comprehensive information on the DfES website www.curriculumonline.gov.uk. Visit the Curriculum Online website: |
